Refund policy

Got the wrong size, don’t like the design, and you’d like an exchange, credit, or a refund? We’ve got your six!

Ranger Rags hassle-free return policy. We accept items for exchange, refund or store credit within 60 days of the original order date as long as the product is in new condition. Items that have been worn, stained, smell of fragrances, or have been otherwise used are not eligible for return or in-store credit.

Should you receive a faulty or defective product please email a description and picture(s) related to your concern to ragman@rangerrags.com or call us at 706-662-6920 M-F 0800-1700 hours, so we can address and correct your concerns.
